Course Reflective Narrative:
I loved this course because it provides and overview of the Spanish and Japanese program. What I mainly liked about this course is that it was very informative and you meet all the crew and the stuff. It is very helpful because since it was my first semester I didn't have enough information about the program and the courses, and this class helped me have a better understanding of the Spanish program and the requirements that I need to get my B.A. This course also helped me with having an idea of each of the brands of Spanish, like literature, culture, linguistics, and so on. I liked that we had a full class of each of these so we know more about the study of literature, culture, and linguistics. We also have guesses that came to the class and gave us information about the library, the different programs that the university offers, and information about teaching credentials. We also had a class on how to worked on the portfolio, and also how to research but what I think that needs improvement, the reason I say that is because I thought it was very fast learning about how to reach different ways. I think for that it should be at least two full classes because in my opinion it was to fast to understand. The portfolio it was only one class for that which I think it was not enough because it is confusing and difficult to understand at once. Other than that I think this course overall was very helpful and informative. We also develop and individual learning plan with a professor. This course gave the opportunity to examined in a related professional and carriers paths.
